Flag for Follow Up

We heard again and again from organizers that 90% of organizing is follow ups. In our first iteration, a user could 'flag' or 'bookmark' a person's profile which would apply a small orange icon next to their profile. Now we've added more robust functionality.

When you click 'Flag for follow-up' on a person's profile, you are prompted to add a note: why are you flagging this person for follow up?

This note and the fact that you flagged them is then added to the Activity Stream, so all users who have access to this person's profile can see the flag. Are you the best person to complete the flag for follow up? If not, other members of your team can see the flag and 'complete' it. That completion step will also show up in the Activity Stream.

In the wall chart you can see the individuals who anyone has flagged for follow up by the orange flag icon.

In the Query Builder you can search for anyone with a current Flag for Follow Up or only people you've flagged for follow up yourself.
