Info

This feature is available to all users

Info is how you track information on individuals in Action Builder. The Info tab of an individual's profile page lets you see all active Fields and view any responses. You can also search and add new responses from this tab.

View Info

In the Info tab, you can view all Info associated with an individual. The Info is grouped by Section, then Field.

In the screenshot above:

• The Sections shown are called "Demo" and "Example".
• The Fields are "Testing" and "Example Tag 1". 
• The Responses are "One", "Three", and "Example 1". 

Note that in the profile view, all active Fields will appear regardless of whether the individual has a response for that category.

Next to each response there are three dots that if clicked on will allow you to edit or remove the response.

Searching Info

Using the search bar, you can search for Info based on the response name or any notes associated with it. The search bar is dynamic.

Adding Info

To add a new Info, use the "+" or "Add Info" button, or use the "+ Add" button next to any Field.

View and Adding Connections

Similar to Info, you can also view and add the connections from an entities Info tab.  Connections will either appear on the top or bottom of the page and will be labeled based on the type of connection.  You can see the entities listed below the connection type and by clicking on the arrow across from the entity name you can open up more information about the connection.  If you want to see all of the entities connected to the entity whose profile you're viewing, you can click on the chart button next to the connection type which will let you view all the entities in the wall chart.
