Adding Social Media Links on Profile Pages
The 'Social' section on entity profile pages allows you to add social media information for entities, similar to how you add addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. Please note that the Social section needs to be enabled at the organizational level for each entity type, and only Admins have the ability to enable this feature.
The options are:
Enabling the Social Profile Section
By default, the Social profile section is not enabled when Admins create a new entity. Similarly, it won't be enabled on existing entity types. Admins will need to follow these steps to enable the Social profile section.
Open Main Menu Button
Click on Entity Types
Select an Entity
Check the Social box
Click on Save Changes
Adding and Editing Social Media Profiles
Once the Social profile section is enabled, users of all types can add and edit social media profiles for entities. Follow the steps below to add or edit social media profiles:
On the profile page locate the 'Social' section and click on ADD
Select the type of Social Media from the dropdown list
Add the social media handle or URL
You can confirm that the contact is valid by checking the Confirmed box
Click on Save
