Updating Entity Assessments

All users can access this feature.

How to Use Assessments in Action Builder

Assessments in Action Builder help gauge a person's support for a particular campaign or issue. You can easily view or modify this from the Wall Chart, at the top of an entities' profile page, or on the entities' activity steam tab.

 

1. On the Wall Chart, Click on Toggle Details

2. Click on New Assessment

3. Select the Assessment

4. Create a Note on the Assessment (Optional)

5. Click on Save

 

How to Update an Assessment from an Entity Profile

1. On the Entity Profile Page, Click on New Assessment at the Top of the Page

2. Select the Assessment

3. Create a Note on the Assessment (Optional)

4. Click on Save

 

How to Update an Assessment from an Entity Activity Stream

 

1. Click on ACTIVITY

2. Click on Update Assessment

3. Select the Assessment

4. Click on Save
