Featured Update
Action Network → Action Builder Events Sync
The Action Network → Action Builder Events Sync automatically syncs RSVP data from Action Network into Action Builder, so your team no longer needs to manually export and import CSVs to keep your data current. This is the initial release of the Events Sync rollout, with more functionality coming in future releases.
How it works
To get started, go to Campaign Customization > Integrations and enable the Events Sync toggle. Then link your Action Builder event to the corresponding Action Network event when creating or editing the event.
Once linked, any new RSVPs made through Action Network will automatically appear in Action Builder as RSVPed.
Note: Events Sync is forward-looking only. RSVPs made before the two events are linked will not carry over.
Campaign Dashboard
The Campaign Dashboard provides a centralized view of organizing activity across a campaign. From one place, users can see recent activity, track task progress, and share notes or updates to keep the team aligned. The dashboard is designed to surface the information organizers need day to day, including what requires immediate attention and how the campaign is progressing overall, while creating a shared space for context and coordination. Filter turfs within tasks
Managing large tasks is now faster and more efficient. You can now filter turfs within a task to quickly narrow your view.
- Status: Started, In Progress, Completed (multi-select supported)
- Assignment: Assigned or Unassigned
- Search: Turf name or assignee name
These filters make it easier to find incomplete work and manage field operations efficiently.
Automatic Attended status for past and same-day events
For events happening today or in the past, contacts are automatically marked as Attended instead of RSVPed. This reduces manual updates and simplifies post-event follow-up.
Social label updated to Social Media Profiles
The Social label on contact profiles is now Social Media Profiles for clarity. This helps avoid confusion with Social Security Numbers and makes it clear this field is intended for social media profile links.
End time display for multi-day events
End times for multi-day events now appear in these locations:
- Add RSVP modal on the entity profile
- Query Builder Select Events modal
- Activity Stream
Event date and time shown next to task name
Event date and time now display directly next to the event name in the Tasks list. For multi-shift events, this makes it easier to identify the correct shift at a glance without clicking into the task.
UK geocoding: postcode-only areas shown with dashed boundaries
Backend support for UK geocoding is now available. Postcode-based geocodes display as dashed boundaries to reflect reduced precision compared to address-level geocoding available in the US and Canada.
Entity lists now consistently alphabetical
Entity type lists now display in consistent alphabetical order across the platform for improved usability and easier navigation.
Banner to add Action Builder to device home screen
A new banner prompts users on mobile and tablet devices to add Action Builder to their home screen, allowing it to function more like a native app and making access faster in the field.
