🗓️ Major Feature Announcement: Events is finally here! 🎉
After over a year of development, we’re so excited to release the Events feature in Action Builder. Action Builder Events can be used to manage your organization’s events, information related to people’s attendance of those events, and the process of turning people out to events (using tasks). Unlike Action Network events, which only track invitations and RSVPs, Action Builder events are designed to make it easier for organizers and activists to track their recruitment process, from initial contact, to follow up, to attendance confirmation.
Organizing, building relationships, and leadership development greatly depend on active participation. By tracking people’s needs, commitments, and follow-through regarding events, organizers can better understand how to support individuals and reduce barriers to participation.
This feature can be used for a wide range of events, from membership meetings and community outreach potlucks to phone banks and strike lines. We can’t wait to see what you do with it!
📊 Log conversation pop-up comes up after a call, text, or email
We love helping you streamline your workflow in Action Builder! Now when you click on any of the quick links to email, call, or text an entity, we’ll automatically open the ‘log conversation’ popup when you are done with your outreach so you can quickly log the relevant conversation notes! Thanks Viswa from our development partner People’s Action for this great idea!
