Wall Chart Trend View

A key part of organizing is not just seeing where a campaign stands at the moment, but understanding how it has progressed over time. While Chart View provides a snapshot of current data, it does not show how assessments have changed over the past week or month. To address this, we have added Trend View to the Wall Chart. This new feature helps organizers track changes in support levels and engagement over time, identify trends, compare progress across different time periods, and make data-driven decisions about where to focus their efforts. By visualizing these changes, teams can adjust their strategies based on recent assessments and ensure resources are directed where they are needed most.

Note: Trend View only displays assessment changes and does not include other data points.

The Trend View offers several options to customize how you track assessment changes over time:

• Date Range: Select the specific time period you want to analyze.
• Period: Choose the time units for displaying data, such as days, weeks, or other intervals.
• Use Running Totals: Enable this option to show each period as a cumulative total of previous periods. Disable it to display only the assessments made within each individual period.

Additionally, you can click on the assessment levels below the chart to toggle them on or off, allowing you to focus on specific segments of your list.

Expanding Regional Support to UK

We are excited to announce that, thanks to a partnership with Small Axe, we are expanding Action Builder’s regional support to include data from the United Kingdom. As part of this release, we have implemented compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access personal data and the right to request data erasure.

In future updates, we will be adding support for UK addresses and geolocation to further enhance regional functionality.

Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Update

Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service have been updated to reflect these changes. If you would like to sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), please email [e-mail].

Bug Fixes / Minor Improvements

Events Updates

• Event date and time will now appear in the activity stream with the event name.
• The event description will now be copied into the related task description.
• New events will no longer have an automatic start date when created.

Other Updates

• Tag truncation fixed: Long tag names will now display in full.
• Wall Chart bug fix: Switching views will no longer clear your query.
• URL support update: Entities can now save x.com URLs in addition to twitter.com.
