How to Add Entities to Another Action Builder Campaign

To move entities or people to another campaign in Action Builder, you can use the Bulk Edit button on the wall chart. This process allows you to seamlessly transfer selected entities or individuals to a different campaign. To do this, simply click the Bulk Edit button, select the entities or people you want to move, and choose "Add to Another Campaign" from the dropdown menu. NOTE: Only default field information will be moved. Custom field information (responses) will not be transferred during this process.

How to Add Entities to Another Action Builder Campaign

Navigate to the Wall Chart and Click "Bulk Edit"

 

Select "Add to Another Campaign" from the Dropdown

 

Click "Select Campaign"

Choose the specific campaign to move to.

Click "Next"

Choose Between Select All or Searching and Checking the Box for Entities to Include

Once All Entities are Selected, Click "Next"

Check the Box in Order to Confirm the Bulk Edit

Click "Yes, apply changes"

 

Click "Close"
