Entity Settings in Action Builder are essential for customizing various aspects of each entity type within your campaign. This article will walk you through the key features available in Entity Settings.
Customizing Default Fields:
Entity Settings allow you to enhance the new entity creation process by specifying default fields. By adding specific fields to the 'Create new entity' form, users can quickly input essential information when generating a new entity. You can select from core fields, notes, custom info fields, or connections. This feature provides additional context or information when generating entities, enhancing communication and organization within your campaign.
Spotlighting Key Entities:
With the Spotlight feature, you can visually distinguish important entities on the Wall Chart. By selecting specific responses for each entity type, you can ensure that certain entities stand out, making them easier to identify for organizers.
Conversation Logging
Each entity has a Log Conversation button link on its profile page to help streamline data entry of the most common type of organizing conversation in that Campaign. In the Entity Settings for each campaign, Leads and Admins are able to select the fields that display for other users when they click that link for an entity. These can include core fields, notes, custom info fields, or connections.
