General Tab: Campaign Customize Menu

The General tab in the Customize menu lets you configure core settings for your Action Builder campaign.

Settings Overview

Campaign Name
Set or update your campaign's name. Keep it under 25 characters for best results.

Target Number
Enter the expected number of participants. This number is private and not visible to your team.

Support User
Assign a support user who will appear under Need Help on the campaign for easy access.

Default Country
Set the default country for address entry. Action Builder currently supports the US and Canada.

Entity Types
Select which entity types are available for your organizing efforts.

Primary Entity Type
Set the default entity type used across your campaign.

Connection Types
Choose which connection types your team can use when linking entities.

Enable Events
Allow the users to create campaign events.

Default Event Task Type
Set a default event task type selecting from standard, home visit, phone bank or text bank.

Default Home Page for Campaign
Set a default campaign home page view selecting between Wall Chart or Dashboard.

Display Electoral Districts on Entity Profile
Show electoral district information alongside entity addresses on profiles.

Display Custom IDs on Entity Profile
Show unique custom IDs on entity profiles to support organization and tracking.

Allow Organizers to Export
Let organizers export entity data for outreach or analysis.

Display Activity Stream as Default Tab on Entity Profile
Make the Activity Stream the default tab when opening an entity profile.
