Action Builder Update: Oct 2020

With the election just around the corner, Action Builder has updated a few features to help partners who are focused on the election and to prepare for organizing into 2021.  Here are a few highlights of our recent updates.

The biggest new feature Action Builder has rolled out in the last few months is our Catalist integration.  Once you set up this integration in a campaign, you can add a new person and Catalist will attempt to match that person to the voter file and suggest contact information.  To learn more about the integration and getting it set up for your organization, you can check out our support article here.

We've also added an Auto Create feature to creating Turfs in Tasks.  With this, you can designate the number of targets you want in a turf, and we'll randomly create turfs for you.  You can find out more about Auto-Create here.

Another big change we've made to Action Builder recently was to restructure our backend data.  This doesn't have any effect on what you'll see when you log in and navigate around but if you have access to our SQL mirror you'll have noticed that we've changed our naming conventions to prepare for some new features that we're planning for 2021.
