Enhancements:

Topline Changes

Toplines can now be set on Connections, allowing you to display an entity's connection with other entities in the topline.  Additionally, we've edit the Top Topline, so that you can change what used to only display City/State to something customizable.  Check out here for the full documentation on toplines.

Quality of Life Updates

- Addresses without an Address Line 1 will no longer appear on the map view.  

- Icons have been added as an option when creating Entities to better differentiate different entities on the map view

- You can now exclude entities that are already assigned to a turf when you add entities individually to a Tasks' Turf.

- A save and back to List button on Tasks to allow you to go back to the list of targets.
