New Features
Canvas Status in Tasks
When creating a task, you can now enable canvassing. When you enable canvassing, you'll be prompted to select the type of task that you are creating either a Home Visit, Text Bank or Phone Bank. Depending on what is chosen, the Task will highlight the best contact method for that record. Additionally, task assignees will be able to track and record attempts and contacts as part of the task workflow.
Adding Fields to New Entities
In the customize campaign tab you can now set default Fields that will appear on the new entity modal when adding a new entity to a campaign. This way, Organizers and Leads who have their turf limited will be able to create a new entity and add the field that puts that entity in their turf.
Enhancements
Mapping Action Network Custom Fields to Action Builder Note Fields
The AN <-> AB integration has been updated to allow you to sync Notes fields in Action Builder with Custom Fields in Action Network. This will allow you to sync Action Network custom field information into your Action Builder fields and update the information in both systems.
Quality of Life
- You can now select all responses when querying Info fields in order to avoid having to click on a long list of possible responses.
- When running a filter, under Contact Info - Has Addresses, we have added a new option for Mappable. When checked, it will limit to only entities that have an address that can be mapped, either because they have a good street address or they have manually added geo-codes. By default, this will be the query used when creating a Home Visit task to limit the task to only entities that can actually be visited.
