Enhancements

Marking Phone Numbers, Emails, or Addresses as Bad via Upload

Admin users now have the ability to mark phone, email, or addresses as bad via upload. Admins also have the ability to bulk mark phone, email, or addresses as ‘good’ (remove the bad flag) via upload.

Allow Organizers to Export

Admin and Lead users can now allow Organizer users to export information from the Wall Chart via the campaign customization tab. Users with an Organizer level account will be able to export data from the Wall Chart, but only for that campaign. Additionally, if the Organizer is assigned to a turf for that campaign, they can only export records from their turf. In order to enable this feature, go to the campaign customize tab, and then under "General" toggle on to allow all organizers to export.

Merge Records

Duplicate records can now be merged in Action Builder! The merge option now appears on the Wall Chart along with the other quick actions, assessments and info. When you select Merge, you’ll first search for the record that you want merged, then you’ll be asked to resolve any conflicting information between the profiles. After you save, the profiles will be merged together. Please note this feature only applies to merging duplicate records within one campaign.

Quality of Life

• You can now select all responses when querying Info fields in order to avoid having to click on a long list of possible responses.
• New user invitations can now be canceled.
• It is now possible to 'cancel' the invitation for a pending user.
• The activity stream now displays an entry when a user exports a list.
