🪪 New Feature: You can now add social media profiles to the Profile Page
There is a new section on an entity’s profile page called ‘Social’ where you can add social media profiles for them. Just like addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, this section can be turned on/off at the organizational level for each entity type. Also similarly to other profile fields, you can mark each of these as either ‘confirmed’ or ‘bad’.
A few use cases where tracking social media profiles might be helpful:
- Researching potential leads and keeping track of their social profiles and LinkedIn for easy outreach
- Tracking information about worksites and wanting to note their websites
- Campaigns where the primary method of communication is WhatsApp

It shows up at the bottom of a Profile Page:
Abilities: All User Types can add and edit social media profiles, but only Admins can enable this section on an Entity Type.
Note: the Social profile section is not enabled by default when Admins create a new entity (see below). It also won’t be enabled by default on existing entity types, Admins will have to edit entity types to enable it.

📊 Edit contact info from the Wall Chart
You can now edit an entity directly from the Wall Chart, instead of having to click into the entity’s profile page to make edits. Hooray for less clicks!

Small Tweaks
📊 Names now sort as you would expect them to in the Wall Chart
When you sort the list by First Name, entities will be sorted by Last Name as a secondary sort order. Likewise, when you sort by Last Name, entities will be sorted by First Name as a secondary sort order.

✅ Notify a User that more Targets have been added to their Turf
If notifications are turned on for a Task, and more Targets are added* to a Turf, the users assigned to that Turf will receive an email letting them know that that Turf has been edited (similar to the current notification they get when they have been assigned to a Turf).
*Note: this only works when Targets are added via Query or Map, not when they are added individually.

🪪 Admins can edit and delete custom IDs
Admins now have the ability to edit custom IDs displayed on a person's profile.
Note: Use with caution! Delete means forever!
Abilities: Only Admins can use this feature.
Bug Fixes
🗺️ Geocoding Bug
There was an issue with addresses not getting geocoded, both manually-entered ones as well as via upload. It’s fixed now. Thanks IBEW for flagging!
🛣️ Driving Route Order Bug
For some reason, when working through a list of tasks on a driving route, targets were showing up in a random order when you clicked the ‘next target’ button. Now when you hit that button, you’ll get the next target in order of the driving route, as expected. Thanks Robin at USW for reporting!
*Note: The driving route tab will show the list of targets in default (alphabetical) order until you set up a route. Then it will update to route order.
