Merge Duplicate Records in a Campaign

Users can merge duplicate records within their Action Builder campaign.

The merge option appears on the Wall Chart along with the other quick actions, assessments and info.

First select Merge and then you will be prompted to search for the record that you want merged.

Next you will be prompted to resolve any conflicting information between the two profiles.

After you save, the profiles will be merged together.

Please note this feature only applies to merging duplicate records within one campaign.
