This feature is available to all users.
The Wall Chart is the default view for users, and it is where most users will spend the majority of their time. Action Builder has made it easy for you to accomplish most of your tasks straight from the Wall Chart.
Navigating the Wall Chart
The Wall Chart will be the first screen you encounter when you log into Action Builder. When the page loads, it will display a list of individuals with their full names, city and state, and a circle off to the side, indicating their assessment level.
On a desktop, laptop, or tablet, you will also see icons for contacting the individual. Each name has an arrow next to it where you can expand the view and see more details on the individual, as well as add actions.
Viewing and Using Contact Information
By click or tapping on the arrow next to a name, you can see more information about that individual in their Topline. Toplines are customized by your campaign and can show things like address, phone, or email, as well as any Info that might be relevant to your campaign.
You will also see icons for emailing, calling, texting or pulling up a map of the individual's address. Selecting one of these options will open the corresponding application on your device to contact the individual (e.g. tapping on the email icon will pull up your email app allowing you to quickly email your contact).
Adding Actions
By tapping or clicking on the Actions link, you can quickly and easily add assessments, info and relationships without leaving the Wall Chart.
