This feature is only available to Admins.
You can create a new connection type by going to the Menu in the top right and selecting Connection Types. From the connections menu, you can use the + Add New Connection Type to add a new connection.
In the pop up, you can select the two entities that you would like to connect. You can also select whether you want the information shown at the top or bottom of a person's Info tab in their profile. This can be used to highlight the connection information if you want it to stand out when opening a person's profile.
Once you've filled in the information you can select Create Connection Type to create the connection. Important Note: Once a connection is created, you cannot delete it. If you want to change the display information, choose the campaigns that will use the connection, or manage the info within the connection, you can do that by clicking on the arrow next to the connection, then selecting the setting you want to change.
