Wall Chart: Chart View

Chart View in Action Builder offers a dynamic way to visualize and analyze your campaign. To access

Chart View, click on the chart icon above your list.

Initially, the chart displays all individuals in your campaign according to their assessment levels. Click on the arrow to enlarge the chart for a better view.

To segment and analyze the list more specifically, use the "Group By" filters located at the top of the page. There are four initial "Group By" options: Location, Field, Connection Field, and Connected To. Selecting an option will prompt a second dropdown menu, allowing you to choose the specific grouping criteria. You can select up to two "Group By" options for more detailed analysis.

Enhance Chart View further by incorporating the "Graph By" feature, which organizes charts based on responses to specific fields. This adds a layer of insight by visually representing how individuals responded to particular questions posed by organizers.

There are four initial options for Group By: Location, Field, Connection Field and Connected To.  Selecting one will bring up a second drop down for you to choose the specific grouping you would like. You can select up to two Group By options.

You can also combine Chart View with the Query Builder.  Using Query Builder will limit your list to only certain individuals who meet your criteria.  Check out our documentation for more information on using Query Builder.
