As you get started working in Action Builder, it's important to know the basics of getting around. This article will walk through the Navigation Bar and includes how to find the menu, how to switch campaigns, how to search the wall chart and where to find your support contact for questions.
Finding the Menu
The three dots in the top right corner of the screen will pull up the menu. Depending on your level of access, you may only have access to switching campaigns, the wall chart and the ability to change your password and sign out. Some users might see more options depending on their account level.
Switching Campaigns
If you have access to more than one campaign, you can easily switch between campaigns by using the bar at the top of the screen. If you only have access to one campaign, the bar will still appear but it won't have any options besides the campaign you have access to.
Searching the Wall Chart
If you have a large campaign and want to find a specific person within it quickly, you can use the search bar to pull them up. Click on the magnifying glass at the top of the screen and the search bar will appear. Start entering the name of the person you're searching for (at least 3 letters are needed) and the results will start to populate. The search bar searches on first name, last name, nickname, ID, or email address.
Contacting Support
The last thing you can do with the navigation bar at the top is find your support contact. They should be your primary point of contact for any issues you're having with Action Builder. Click on the Microphone on the navigation bar to pull up their information.
