Understanding Assessments in Action Builder

Assessments in Action Builder serve as the foundation of a campaign. The assessment scale is set up by a your instance Admin. During this initial setup, the scale can be set to whatever is most suitable for your program. After setup, the scale becomes fixed, but you can still modify the color and text description of each assessment level.

It's important to note that the interpretation of assessment levels can differ from one campaign to another. If you're working on a campaign, it's crucial to discuss with your campaign leads about the meanings of each level. Also, consistent communication among team members ensures that everyone uses the assessments in the same way. This uniform approach helps maintain consistency and clarity throughout the campaign.
