Saving and Sharing Queries

With the Query Builder, users have the ability to save commonly used queries and share them with other campaign users. Here are the steps to save and share a query:

1. Create the desired query using the filters and options available.
2. Click on the "Save" button located at the top right corner of the Query Builder.
3. Name your query. If the query is for your own use only, leave the "Share this query with other campaign users" box unchecked. Checking the box will make the query available to other users within the campaign.
4. The query name and its visibility (public or private) can be edited or removed by the user who created it or by any admin user.

Setting a Default Saved Query for Campaign Wall Charts

We’ve introduced a new way to set a default saved query for your campaigns so that everyone who logs into that campaign has the same filters applied on the wall chart, in addition to any individual turf restrictions.

To Set a Default Saved Query:

1. Create a new query or edit an existing one.
2. When saving the query, check the "Set as default for all users" box to make it the default query for the campaign.

Important Notes:

• There can only be one default query at a time. If you try to set another query as the default, you will be prompted to confirm replacing the existing default query.
• Once a default query is set, all users will see a notification at the top of the Query Builder indicating that a default query is in effect.
• After setting a default query, users may need to log out or switch campaigns for the changes to take effect.

Loading a Saved Query

1. To load a saved query, click on the "Load Query" button in the top right-hand corner of the Query Builder.
2. Select the desired query from the list. Public queries have a small icon next to the name of the user who created them, while private queries do not.
3. Use the search bar to quickly find the query you want to load.
