This feature is only available to Admins and Leads
Once an account has been set up, you may need to make changes to a user's turf, update contact information, send a password reset link, or deactivate the user.
To get started, click on the three dots in the top right of the screen and select Users.
Alternatively, if you only want to see users for a specific campaign, from the campaign, find the Customize Tab and then select the option for Users.
You can search for a user using the search bar at the top of the list of users. The search bar allows searches by name, email, account type and phone number. You can also see and edit Pending, or Deactivated accounts using the links next to Active Users. To edit an account, click on the individual's name.
Editing A User's Profile
You can change a user's name, phone number, and account type on the right-hand side of the screen. Currently, Action Builder does not support changing the individual's email address that is tied to the profile page.
Resetting a Password
To resend someone a password, use the 'Reset Password' link at the bottom left page.
Adding/Removing Campaign Access
On the right hand side of the screen, you can edit the user's campaigns and turf.
To add a campaign, use the "Add Campaign" button at the bottom of the section. To remove campaign access, use the "X" in the top right of the campaign box.
To add turf, use the "Select Assignments" box and pick the appropriate response. To remove turf, use the "X" next to the current turf assignment. Make sure click on "Save Changes" when you are finished.
Deactivating/Reactivating an Account
Under Actions, you'll also find the ability to deactivate an account. Deactivating a user will prevent that user from being able to log in.
On an account that has been deactivated you can reactivate the account from the same place.
