Complex Filters allow you to link together groups of query filters using logic such as 'AND' and 'OR'. Now, you will be able to ask more detailed questions about your data and quickly and easily get the answers you need within Action Builder.
By combining 'AND' and 'OR' operators with different filter options, complex filters allow you to create nested queries of different filters. This allows you to identify individuals who match a particular criteria but not another.
Saved Complex Filters are advanced filters that you and other users have already created and are sorted alphabetically by name. Due to the fact that these saved complex filters may contain campaign-specific parameters, their use is limited to the campaign in which they were built.
Conditions provide a logical, structured way of customizing your advanced filters in order to perform a more precise query. In practice, the “AND” condition indicates that query results should match all of the immediately preceding filter rules, while the “OR” condition should be used when query results are expected to match any such rule.
The available filters are virtually identical to those available in the standard query interface. It is possible to add a 'Filter', or a 'Filter Group', a group of filters that can be grouped independently using 'AND' or 'OR' operators. Filters and Filter Groups can be nested inside each other to create more complex filters. Note: Filters are evaluated from top to bottom.
Person-Level Activity Stream
The Person-Level Activity Stream will show every update made to a person’s profile, including assessment changes, tags, address changes, and more. Similar to the Activity Feed on the campaign level, the Person-Level Activity Feed helps you keep tabs on each individual person in your campaign.
Activity Stream Note Search
The Note Search allows you to search for notes via the Campaign Activity Stream or the Person-Level Activity Stream that were applied to a person in your campaign. Look for mentions of workplace issues, locate and pull up the notes from a specific conversation, or remind yourself of a detail you added weeks ago.
