Similar to Info Uploads, Connection Uploads can only be done on entities within the system. Connection uploads allow you to add in bulk connections between entities. In order to upload a connection, the connection first has to be created and any info fields that you want applied to the connection must be created as well. However, like an info upload, if you have new responses in the connection upload that don't currently exist in the system, you can create them when you do the upload.
To start, add the file you want in the file selector. Then, select the campaign, and the connection type that you want to add. Boxes will appear for the two entities asking you to select the IDs that correspond to each entity type.
Once you've selected the IDs, you will be able to map any other columns in your spreadsheet with fields that exist for that connection type. If the field you're mapping has a note, date, number or address, you will be prompted with a dialogue box to select the columns in the spreadsheet that are associated with the note, date, number of address.
After you've mapped the fields, you can go to the next step and map any responses to responses that already exist in the system or to create the responses as new. Once that's done the upload will process.
