Once you're file is ready, go to menu button in the top right and click Uploads:
Once in Uploads, select the New Upload button on the right:
At the top of the next screen, you'll see tabs for People, Info and Jobs Uploads. By default, People is selected. Below people, there's a box to Browse for a file or drag and drop one. Click on Browse to open the file you want, or drag it from your computer into the box:
Once you've selected the file, you'll be prompted to select the campaign you want to upload the file into:
After that, you'll be asked which entity type you're loading:
Once you've selected the campaign, the list of columns will appear with the option to map each of the columns with it's associated value. Some columns may automatically map based on their name but can be changed if needed:
Once all the fields are appropriately mapped, select Process Upload at the bottom of the page. Once the upload has processed, it can be finished by reviewing and checking the boxes for to acknowledge that the upload is correct. Please note uploads cannot be undone once processed.
If you ever need to download the file again, head back to the uploads menu and click where it says CSV and it will automatically download the file.
You can also delete entities via an entity upload. The toggle above allows you to turn on the delete option. Once turned on, you'll be able to upload your file and map the Action Builder ID in your file. You can then process the upload.
NOTE: Deleting entities will delete the entity from all campaigns that it exists in. Deleted entities cannot be retrieved so make sure you have save any information you might need again before deleting.
