This feature is only available to Admins
Once you are set up with your campaign organization, you will want to load a list of individuals or entities to organize. There are three types of uploads that you can do in Action Builder: Entities, Info, and Connections.
Entities Uploads
If you are populating your campaign for the first time, you should use the Entities Upload feature. Entities Uploads allow you to take a CSV of people or any other type of entity (buildings, organizations etc) and add them to the database. Each entity you are uploading should exist in a single row. You can also map up to four Custom IDs and contact information.
For more information, check out our Entities Uploads page.
Info Uploads
Info Uploads allow you to add Info to entities that already exist in your campaign. To ensure a match, you will need to have a column for Action Builder ID, or a previously loaded Custom ID attached to every row, along with the info you want to upload. You can add more than one Field to an individual by adding columns to the file, with different Fields in each column. If you want to add more than one response from a single Field to an individual, create a second row with the same Action Builder ID or Custom ID and a new response in that column.
For more information, check out our Info Uploads page.
Connection Uploads
Connections Uploads allow you to draw relationships between entities that already exist in Action Builder. A connection upload needs a column with the Action Builder ID or a custom ID for both entities in the same row. Additionally if you have fields that are a part of the connection type, you can add additional columns for those fields.
For more information, check out our Connection Uploads page.
