Quick Check In
We have added the option when creating a task use Action Builder for a check in. When enabled, this feature allows you to set a default response(s) to a field and gives you access to a search bar in the task to search the people you've been assigned. Check out our support documentation for more details.
In this version we have started our overhaul of tasks based on feedback we've received from our partners. This first iteration cleans up the tasks menu to make it more obvious which tasks are current and which are past due. It also adds sections for Organizer, Lead and Admin accounts to more easily manage the tasks they have created.
In addition to adding the Quick Check In feature, we have tweaked some of the options in Tasks to improve functionality. One users assigned target can now be easily assigned to other users by using the duplicate assignment option. You can also now make To-Dos optional for completion in a Task. Additionally we've cleaned up some of the navigation options for users to make Tasks more easy to navigate.
Leads Cannot Access Field Administration
Based on user feedback and issues with bugs, we have removed access to the Field Administration/Info section of the Admin menu from Lead accounts.
We have continued to tweak queries to help them run faster and allow campaigns to support more records.
Leads could not edit Fields and Responses that had access to campaigns that the lead themselves did not have access to. As this error was coming up more and more often we decided to remove access to Field Administration for Lead accounts.
Deleting Date Fields with Multiple Responses
When trying to delete a date response on a record that had more than one date response, users were finding that the wrong response was being deleted. This issue has been fixed.
