Campaign Customization

This feature is only available to Leads and Admins.

From the Customize tab, under the General section, you can set a Campaign's name, Target Number, Default Country and Support Lead.

Campaign Name

Your campaign name can be set and changed through the Customize tab.  Campaign names must be less than 25 characters.

Target Number

Target Number allows you set to how many people you believe should be in the campaign, even if you don't have the information for each individual.

Default Country

You can set the default country for the campaign which will change the default when entering addresses.  Currently Action Builder only supports the US and Canada but we will be adding more countries in the future.

Support Lead

The support lead can be set at the campaign level and will be listed under "Need Help" at the top of the page for each user.

Entity and Connection Types

You can choose which entity and connection types are available in a campaign and set the default entity type that a user sees when the open that campaign.

Display Custom IDs on Profile

Toggling this one will allow you to view the entity's IDs in a box on the profile section of the record.
