Info Uploads can only be done on records that have already been loaded into Action Builder. To ensure this, the file must have a column for Action Builder ID. The easiest way to get Action Builder IDs is to export your list. See our Export documentation for more information.
Once you have a file with Action Builder IDs, you can add each Field as a column. For instance, if you want to add Info for individual's responses to an issue, create a column for Issues and add any issue responses to the column.
For Address, Number, Date, Shift and Note Fields, you'll need to separate the attributes of the Field out into separate columns. For example, if you have an Address Field for Worksites, you can have columns for Street Address, City, State, Zip, Latitude, and Longitude. Or, if you have a Notes Field for Issue, you can have a separate column for Notes on the responses.
Once you're file is ready, go to menu button in the top right and click Uploads:
Once in Uploads, select the New Upload button on the right:
At the top of the next screen, you'll see tabs for Entities, Info and Connections Uploads. Click over to Info. Below people, there's a box to Browse for a file or drag and drop one. Click on Browse to open the file you want, or drag it from your computer into the box:
Once you've selected the file, you'll be prompted to select the campaign you want to upload the file into:
Next, you'll need to Map the Action Builder ID:
After you map your Action Builder ID, you can map the Columns to Fields. If the information you're loading has additional attributes (Anything but a standard field fields) then you'll be prompted to map the corresponding columns as well:
Once all the fields are appropriately mapped, select Next Step at the bottom of the page. On the next page, you can map the responses from the Fields. If the current response doesn't exist, you can create it as a new response.
Once you've mapped the responses, click on Next Steps and acknowledge that you want the upload to begin processing.
To finish the upload, review and check the boxes for to acknowledge that the upload is correct. Please note uploads cannot be undone once processed.
If you ever need to download the file again, head back to the uploads menu and click where it says CSV and it will automatically download the file.
