To add a new job, click on a person from the Wall Chart and navigate to the Jobs tab.
Look for the + or Add Jobs button on the right side of the page.
At the top of the pop up, you will be able to enter any Fields that your campaign administrator has enabled. In the middle, you will see options for dates and shifts. Finally, at the bottom, you can add any notes about the job.
The Info associated with Jobs are set by your campaign administrator. The options available will vary by organization and between campaigns.
Start and end dates determine whether a job is active or inactive. If a job's end date is past the current date, the job will be labeled inactive. If the end date is left blank or is a date still to come, the job will be considered active.
To enter a shift, first select a shift time zone. Then select the days of the week that the individual works. As you add days, boxes for shift start and end times will appear. Enter the start and end times for the shifts. If the individual has the same shift each day, enter the start and end times on the first available day and select the checkbox for "Apply shift time to all days" and the same times will be applied to every day selected.
You can also have multiple shifts on the same day. To do this, add a shift, and then click the green "+" button to add a second shift on the same day.
If a person works an overnight shift, select "Next Day" as the End Time, which will automatically create a start time as midnight for the following day.

Add any information about the job that does not correspond with one of the above options into the notes field.
