Action Builder makes it easy to add and edit an individual's info to enable you to effectively track conversations.
Adding Info via Wall Chart
The most common way to add info is via the Action button from either the Wall Chart. Click the down arrow next to someone's name on the Wall Chart, then select "Actions."
From there, select "Add Info".
Next, select the desired field and response. Be sure to hit "Save" when you are done adding a response.
Adding Info via Map View
You can also add info from map view. Click on "Actions" then "Add Info."
Adding Info Via Profile View
Info can be added through an individual's profile as well. Select the person's name from the wall chart and select the tab for Info, which can be found at the bottom of the screen. Then use the "Add Info" button to add new info. You can also click "+ Add" next to an exiting info field to add a new response.
Responses can only be edited by the user who added them. Other users may remove a response but they cannot edit the contents. To edit a response, go to the user's profile and find the options for Info in the profile screen. Then find the response and select "Edit" next to the response name to get the option to edit. Edit the response to what you want it to be and hit "Save".
