What are Assessments?

Assessments are Action Builder's customizable field that comprises the backbone of a campaign.  Assessments are initially set up by a campaign lead or admin and can be set on any scale during initial set up. Once set up, the scale will lock but the color and text of the assessment level can still be changed.

Assessments levels and meanings will vary across campaigns. Users should clarify with their campaign leads what each assessment level means and should clearly communicate with other users to ensure that assessments are treated in a standard method by everyone working on the campaign.
