This feature is only available to Admins and Leads
Toplines allow you to customize the information that your organizers and activists can see at a glance about an individual. The customization feature is available to leads and admins. You can customize your toplines by going to your campaign and selecting the Customize tab and then going to Toplines.
To start, select the Entity or Connection that you want to customize toplines for. You can select from an entity's contact information, responses or connections that are currently in the system. The numbers to the left correspond to the order that the information will display.
If a Connections is selected, you'll be able to configure the toplines within the connection in the pop up window. These options will be restricted only to fields applied to that connection.
At the bottom, you can change the Highlighted Topline. The Highlighted Topline is the line that appears underneath the entities name in the wallchart. The Highlighted Topline can be a connection and include responses within that connection as well. To do that, first choose connection as the Highlighted Topline for the entity, then choose the connection field as the Highlighted Topline for the connection.
For example, I have a Person entity, a Building Entity and a Workplace field that is associated with the People + Building connection. If I add the People + Building connection as the Highlighted Topline for People, then customize the People + Building Connection to have the Highlighted Topline of Workplace, then both the Building and the Workplace will appear for a Person's Highlighted topline as seen below:
When you customize a Connection, you can set toplines that will appear on the info page under an individual's connection. If you set the Highlighted Topline, you can add a field so that it appears below the entity name without having to click open the entity.
